Qualifications

• Computer entry required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist with training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Carry out oral and written instructions.
