Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet any licensing requirements for the specific location.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services and compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system and enters customer orders.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in computerized records.
