Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Level 3 English required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Call center experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HMOs and private insurance.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for patients and external providers calling in.
• Answer calls in a patient-focused manner to ensure exceptional care and patient access.
• Perform duties in alignment with mission, values, and customer service standards.
