Valeris in Montgomery, AL seeks a patient services coordinator to support enrollment, benefits explanations, and payer communications for our pharmacy program. You will manage inbound inquiries, explain coverage options, and coordinate resources with nurses and internal teams, while maintaining compliance and patient empathy.

The role requires a strong customer-service background, bilingual skills are a plus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Commitment to care coordination and patient service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted patient relationships with proactive communication.
• Explain coverage options and benefits clearly to patients.
• Handle inquiries and de-escalate challenging interactions professionally.
• Coordinate enrollment, documentation, and resources across teams.
• Document activities and maintain accurate records in the Lynk system.
