Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide inbound and outbound phone support, coordinate patient benefits, and manage appointments within the Patient Support Program.

You will interact with payers, patients, caregivers, and providers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely access to prescribed therapies. You will navigate Medicare/Medicaid and private payer processes, explain coverage options, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve patient

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of reimbursement/insurance, healthcare billing, physician office, health insurance processing preferred.
• Call Center/HUB or customer service experience with progressive levels of responsibility within a service driven environment is required.
• Excellent communication skills; orally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of prior authorization and appeals is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound phone support to payers, patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Coordinate resources and monitor patient benefits and product orders.
• Facilitate appointment coordination and patient journey within the Patient Support Program.
• Explain benefits and navigate payer challenges to obtain timely results.
• Maintain records and comply with SOPs and privacy regulations.
