• Intake & Clinical Rooming: verify meds/allergies, document history, conduct screenings.
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage EMR inbox for messages, results, and meds follow-ups.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by repeating instructions.
