Job summary

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: perform intake, verify medications and allergies, document patient history, perform validated screenings as needed.
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage EMR inbox with routing rules for patient messages, labs and med adherence follow-ups with pharmacies.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by asking them to repeat instructions in their own words.
