Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to support intake, rooming and patient education in an onsite clinic. You will verify medications and allergies, document patient history, manage EMR inboxes, and help ensure smooth clinical flow so physicians can focus on medical decisions.

Ideal candidates have MA training or 3+ years of experience, and hold current BLS certification where required. We offer a bonus incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety policies and practice.
• Infection prevention and OSHA requirements applied daily.
• Basic computer literacy for EMR and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Intake and clinical rooming, including vitals, history, meds and allergy verification.
• Inbox and worklist management in the EMR to ensure same-day touchpoints.
• Education and loop-back to ensure patient understanding and reduce rework.
