CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking Medical Assistants to ensure smooth workflow from check-in to physician visit. The onsite role emphasizes intake, rooming, basic vitals, and patient education so doctors can focus on medical decisions.

You will manage the EMR inbox, verify medications and allergies, conduct screenings, and document patient histories. Strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and teamwork are essential. 40 hours weekly; compensation $48,300–$65,900 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an MA training program or has at least 3 years of experience.
• Current or in-progress BLS certification as required by state levels.
• Right to work in the United States.
• Available to work assigned clinic hours.

Responsabilités

• Intake and clinical rooming, including vitals and medication/allergy verification.
• Inbox and worklist management in the EMR for messages, labs, and medication follow-ups.
• Educate patients using loop-back to confirm understanding of instructions.
• Support care teams and maintain accurate patient care documentation.
