You will manage EMR inbox tasks, perform screening tests, and help ensure patients understand care instructions through loop-back.

Qualifications

• HIPAA and safety policies are followed.
• Infection prevention and OSHA standards apply.
• Computer literacy required.
• Delivers patient-centered support.

• Intake & clinical rooming: verify meds/allergies, document history, perform screenings.
• Inbox/worklist management in EMR with routing; same-day touch.
• Education & loop-back to ensure patient understanding after instructions.
