Job summary

Professional Credit Service is seeking a Customer-Focused Patient Solution Specialist to assist patients with accounts, set up payment arrangements, and answer billing questions. The role emphasizes empathetic support, data accuracy, and use of healthcare databases in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintain records, and resolve issues with a professional communication style. On-site in West Chester, PA, with benefits and a 401k plan available.

Qualifications

• Experience using healthcare database programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume call environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional speaking voice.

Job Summary/Objective

The Patient Solution Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting patients with their accounts. Duties include accepting inbound calls, completing outbound calls, obtaining insurance, assisting patients with payments/payment plans, and discussing disputes.

What Will You Be Doing as a Patient Solution Specialist?

• Set up acceptable payment arrangements on current self-pay balances.
• Handle Inbound and outbound calls, data entry and update account information.
• Help patients by answering basic medical billing and insurance questions.
• Learn and utilize several healthcare database programs.
• Focus on problem resolution.
• Use strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls.
• Exercise excellent communication skills with a professional speaking voice.

Hours & Compensation

• $18.00/hour
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity
• Shifts Monday-Friday between 8:00AM-6:00PM
• Every 3rd Saturday 9:00AM-2:00PM
• Great benefits (health, dental & vision Insurance) eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days.
• We offer a traditional 401k/Roth Plan with company match.
• Paid Time-Off accruing up to 80 hours per year as of day 1 for the first 2 years (based on hours worked) along with 7 paid Holidays (after 60 days of employment)
