Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in handling patient information and documentation.
• Able to operate hospital computer systems and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Care of the Patient and Family/Visitors and front desk coordination.
• Coordinate front desk/office support services and clerical duties.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts and records; assist in admission/discharge processes.
• Support transportation scheduling and patient services as needed.
