• Monitors staffing and scheduling to maintain access and reduce wait times.
• Ensures accurate EPIC documentation of patient demographics, insurance verification, and emergency contacts.
• Coordinates with clinical and administrative teams to align access with care delivery goals.
• Leads special projects to improve patient satisfaction and departmental efficiency.
• Responds to complex patient concerns, scheduling conflicts, or billing issues.
