Job summary

Required are a High School Diploma/GED, 5+ years in food service operations, SERV Safe certification, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in food service operations or related field.
• SERV Safe Certification (required within 90 days of hire).
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily patient service activities to ensure timely, accurate and patient-centered service delivery.
• Coordinate daily workflows, assignments, and schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, sanitation, infection control, and quality standards.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of patient services employees, including task assignment and workflow direction.
• Train and orient new employees; provide on-the-job coaching and reinforcement of core competencies.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback; escalate issues as needed.
