PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician to perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with accuracy and courtesy in our PSC or PST settings. The role involves interacting with clients, patients, and PathGroup personnel while maintaining professional standards and following established procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred; required in Louisiana.

• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explains venipuncture process clearly and calmly to reduce patient anxiety.
• Completes requisitions accurately in PathConnect and/or other PathGroup systems.
