• Experience with eClinicalWorks (EHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones promptly with courteous, high-quality service.
• Educates patients on copayments, collects payments, and updates insurance data.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and connects patients to financial advocacy resources.
• Verifies insurance benefits and assists with HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Supports office administration, including scanning medical records and faxing.
