Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred (optional).
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or customer-service setting.
• Experience with EMR systems; Healthenet strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
