Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete patient registrations for appointments with attention to policies.
• Verify demographics, insurance information and benefits; collect payment when applicable.
• Provide upfront financial counseling and discuss payment plans with patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards and protect patient privacy.
• Assist with patient flow and serve as liaison between patients, physicians and staff.
