Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments according to defined protocols.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes and verify patient information.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and document notes in the patient record.
• Collect co-payments and payments; post payments and balance after visits.
• Post payments, process billing, and perform end-of-day closing procedures.
• Travel to other WSUPG clinic locations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality.
