RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly greet patients, verify insurance information, collect payments, and schedule appointments. You will coordinate with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and uphold patient privacy and safety policies in a clinical setting.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site employment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills required.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and radiology office exposure helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation completion.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer inbound calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Orient patients to prep and safety protocols and provide directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to support timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and respect privacy.
