Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant cert a plus.
• 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet patients with a positive attitude and make them feel valued.
• Patient and Business Documentation: maintain confidentiality and organize documents.
• Insurance Verification: analyze benefits, verify eligibility, and explain policies.
• Financial Responsibility: collect patient payments with clear cost explanations.
• Collaborative Support: assist staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Compliance: follow HIPAA/OSHA and document handling rules.
