Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and efficient patient experience. You will manage front-office tasks, assist with administrative duties, and support clinic workflow in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The role includes travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required and a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant certificate is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome to patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Maintain confidential patient and business documentation.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain payment policies.
• Collect and communicate patient financial responsibility.
• Support the practice manager and staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in documentation.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed.
