Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years experience in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service
• Or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience
• Or a Bachelor's Degree
• Working knowledge of Windows PC applications
• Ability to perform basic math sufficient to process insurance co-pays

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, collect co-pays and complete visit preparations
• Assist with kiosk use and MyChart enrollment
• Schedule appointments and pre-registration; assist with interpreter services
• Support checkout with physicians to ensure a smooth process
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information
• Provide a comprehensive Patients First experience
