Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at its Main Campus in Cleveland, OH. This 100% remote role with virtual training requires the caregiver to reside in Ohio and supports patients during admission or post-procedure care.

Responsibilities include patient registration, visit preparation, telephone triage, insurance verification, co-pay collection, and scheduling, with MyChart education and interpreter coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
• Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience or Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, proactive, Patients First experience for patients and visitors.
• Register patients, schedule visits, verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass; maintain accurate patient records.
