Sutter Health in Sunnyvale (PAMF) is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to be the first point of contact and provide compassionate, patient-centered service while supporting clinic operations. You will greet patients, coordinate appointments, verify insurance and demographics, and maintain electronic health records.

You will also assist with registration, onboarding, and process improvements in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Experience in outpatient clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with patients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous manner.
• Coordinate patient appointments and registrations.
• Verify insurance information and demographic data.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR).
• Support registration and intake processes and onboarding of staff.
