Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with paperwork and front-office appearance.
• Verifies insurance details, collects co-pays, and updates patient demographics.
• Answers calls and schedules appointments; balances cash and deposits as needed.
• Cleans front-office areas and supports training of new staff.
