• Coordinate provider schedules to improve access and reduce wait times.
• Update demographics and verify insurance in EPIC.
• Collect copays, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling referrals and follow-ups.
• Participate in daily/weekly huddles and monitor service metrics.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality in all interactions.
