Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and practice.
• Greet patients, verify demographics, schedule appointments, and obtain insurance information.
• Explain financial options to patients and update medical records accurately.
• Process admissions paperwork and verify insurance information.
• Assist with referrals, scheduling, and use MyChart as needed.
• Reconcile cash drawer and collect patient payments.
