Associated Urological Specialists is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to ensure an exemplary patient experience, handling phone and in-person interactions. You will manage front desk tasks, registrations, scheduling, and financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office, and a customer‑oriented approach in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Medical office experience preferred, urology a plus.
• Basic CPT/ICD-10 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Schedules appointments and handles intake/checkout processes.
• Follows insurance verification procedures and maintains PHI confidentiality.
• Keeps front desk organized and ensures supplies are stocked.
