Job summary

The Urology Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to deliver exemplary customer service by phone and in person. You will manage reception, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification, ensuring a seamless patient experience and accurate records.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments, coordinating referrals, and maintaining PHI confidentiality while supporting efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred; urology experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems; knowledge of CPT/ICD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients; schedule appointments and coordinate intake/outtake processes.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles/balances; verify insurance information.
• Maintain front desk organization and ensure patient confidentiality (PHI).
• Facilitate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff about arrivals and delays.
