Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.

• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; verify insurance details.
• Maintain front desk area and office supplies; keep PHI secure.
• Communicate patient flow needs to providers and clinical staff.
• Respond to patient inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
