Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients entering the physician practice and answering office phones.
• Check in patients, collect demographics, and verify insurance information.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and appointment coordination.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; assist with billing processes as needed.
• Explain and enroll patients in the patient portal.
