Responsibilities

• Greets patients, registers them, verifies insurance and collects co-pays.
• Updates patient demographic information and company data.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing for patients.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and supports a safe clinical environment.
• Prepares daily reconciliation reports to ensure charges are correct.
• Pulls and files patient charts and test results as needed.
• Responds to medical record requests per protocol.
