Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly in person or by telephone.
• Check patients in and out.
• Schedule clinic and surgical appointments, including pre- and post-operative visits.
• Review paperwork with patients; obtain consents for procedures.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Maintain patient medical records.
