Job summary

Must cover opening and closing shifts and manage a busy front desk with a multi-provider clinic. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical office or customer service, with Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in medical office or customer service experience.
• Electronic health records experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information to the public regarding campus and clinic departments.
• Schedule medical appointments and register patients in the Epic system.
• Enter insurance data accurately and handle cashiering for appointments.
• Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and manage scheduling changes.
• Support front desk operations and assist with opening/closing shifts.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining a clean reception area.
