Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic in Portland, OR is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join the Lloyd Station team. You will welcome patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer calls, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced medical office.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience (medical front desk preferred), familiarity with Epic, strong phone and keyboarding skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and families.
• Collect co-pays and obtain/verify insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and scheduling inquiries.
• Schedule and update patient appointments.
