Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the physician practice.
• Answer office phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and reschedule as needed.
• Check in patients; collect demographics and verify insurance; assist with referrals and scheduling.
• Process co-pays, post charges, and manage patient balances.
• Distribute information about office policies and the practice to patients.
