Qualifications

• Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned department.
• Answer phones, greet patients and visitors, route inquiries, relay messages.
• Prepare and maintain documents, records, files, and reports per hospital policies.
• Accurately complete patient scheduling/registration in the EHR to support timely care and billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and departmental information.
• Support our culture of safety.
