Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the Frederick, Maryland team. You will manage patient accounts, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients and providers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nationally recognized physicians and a commitment to patient-centered care within a fast-paced OB/GYN environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and billing.
• Experience in OB/GYN office is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum patient needs and scheduling accordingly.
• Schedule appointments.
• Address customer/patient issues and ensure effective short- and long-term resolution.
• Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns.
• Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage and financial options.
• Greet patients and visitors to the office and provide a high level of customer service.
