Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Representative for its Westshore, Florida location. You will manage patient accounts, schedule appointments, address insurance questions, and advise patients on benefits and payment options while delivering exceptional service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detail-oriented, computer savvy.
• High level of customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and address customer/patient issues to ensure effective short- and long-term resolution.
• Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns.
• Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage, and financial options.
• Greet patients and visitors and provide a high level of customer service; occasional weekends/holidays required.
