US Fertility is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative for its Leesburg, VA location. The role focuses on patient accounts, scheduling, and ensuring efficient clinic operations within a leading network of fertility specialists.

Key qualifications include insurance/benefits knowledge, strong communication, and customer service excellence. OB/GYN office experience is a plus, with a 6:45 AM–3:45 PM weekday schedule and occasional weekend coverage.

Formación

• Knowledge of insurance, benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Proven communication skills, customer service oriented, detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain patient accounts by collecting and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Address patient issues and ensure timely resolutions; provide clear information on benefits and options.
• Greet patients and visitors with a high level of service and professionalism.
