Responsibilities

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient communication system including phone answering and triaging.
• Scheduling provider appointments.
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Assisting patients with MyChart registration, navigation and general use.
• Partnering with clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and care delivery.
• Other duties as requested.
