Qualifications

• Provide efficient internal and external communications, including phone answering and triage.
• Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments.
• Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and care delivery.
• Perform other duties as requested.
