Job summary

The General Internal Medicine Center at UW Medical Center - Roosevelt in Seattle is seeking a Patient Services Specialist 2 for 20 hours per week on the day shift. This on-site role focuses on efficient communications, appointment scheduling, and helping patients with MyChart.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient internal and external communications, including phone answering and triaging.
• Schedule provider appointments.
• Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Assist patients with MyChart registration, navigation and general use.
• Collaborate with clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and care.
