Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service/healthcare preferred.
• Proficient telephone and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Obtain and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Route medical inquiries and messages to appropriate staff.
• Assist patients with financial questions, including policies, payments and insurance.
• Collect co-payments and other balances at the time of service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; maintain MyPrevea records and workflow tasks.
• Provide accurate daily deposits and support staff with processing.
