Cayuga Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support clinical and clerical staff at our Ithaca practice. Onsite roles involve check-in, collecting co-pays, scheduling, and coordinating labs or imaging as needed, with a focus on courteous patient service.

You will help patients navigate the front desk and support providers throughout the visit process. We require a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; experience with Medent or Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Good computer skills- Medent and Microsoft Office are utilized.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients upon arrival.
• Verify/update patient demographics.
• Collect outstanding balances and co-pays.
• Assist with scheduling labs, x-rays, procedures, or testing; send orders.
• Take messages and triage phone calls.
