Cayuga Health seeks a Patient Services Representative to support clinicians and administrative staff at our Ithaca site. The role involves patient check-in, updating demographics, collecting balances, and coordinating tests and procedures, while routing messages and triaging calls.

Onsite position at 401 Cayuga Park Ln, Ithaca, NY with 10-hour shifts; 20 hours per week and rotating weekends. Minimum 90% sitting with occasional lifting up to 25 lb; pay range $18.50–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Schedule patient appointments and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer skills with Medent and Microsoft Office usage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Check in patients upon arrival.
• Verify/update patient demographics.
• Collect outstanding balances and co-pays.
• Assist with scheduling labs, x-rays, procedures, or testing; send orders.
• Take messages and triage phone calls.
