Job summary

Cayuga Health in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support physicians and staff with clinical and clerical duties, check in patients, verify demographics, collect balances and co-pays, and coordinate scheduling in a busy primary care setting.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills (Medent, MS Office), and the ability to manage time and triage calls. Shift: 6:45am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday; pay range $18.50–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic flow.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with Medent EMR and MS Office tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify demographics.
