Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care in Lombard, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Dermatology on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-in/out, scheduling, and patient inquiries while ensuring a warm, professional experience.

You will use EPIC and other systems to update demographics, verify insurance, collect copays, and coordinate appointments with providers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist or front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinates provider schedules to optimize appointment availability and access.
• Uses EPIC and other systems to update demographics, verify insurance, and generate forms.
• Collects copayments and reconciles daily financial transactions with accuracy.
• Answers multi-line phone system, routes inquiries, and schedules appointments.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
