Job summary

Revo Health LLC. in Edina, MN is seeking a Patient Services Representative to manage patient registration and check-in, while providing essential administrative support with a high level of customer service.

This full-time, on-site role runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with extended hours as needed to support the Edina Specialty Surgery Center. The position works closely with i-Health teams to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients.
• Verify insurance information and signatures at registration.
• Enter new or changed patient information into the system.
• Manage and retrieve history and physical (H&P) processes for upcoming surgeries.
• Prepare and breakdown patient charts.
• Assist with pre-operative calls and scheduling.
• Monitor fax for operative/pathology reports.
• Collaborate with disciplines to ensure smooth surgical flow.
• Report incidents per center policy.
• Support preceptors and ongoing education.
• Help control costs by efficient use of resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
